The land registry description, which records the house as single-storey, does not reflect the extension works carried out, and the registered figures are well below the present building. The owner has already consulted the notary on the steps to follow and has instructed his architect to carry out the survey. The surfaces will be brought up to date by means of the corresponding declaration of new construction (declaración de obra nueva), which will establish the final surfaces and layout and allow graphic coordination with the Cadastre.
