Two plots of 1,608 m²and 1,587 m², located at the end of a cul-de-sac in a very quiet, exclusive, and popular urbanization. The community offers a large communal garden area with a heated pool. The heightened position of the plots allows wonderful views on Playa Blanca and the Atlantic, it is even possible to see the Papagayo Beaches and the mountain chain of Femés.

Alternatively, if the plots were purchased for touristic letting, the Government would allow two semi-detached houses to be built on each 1000 m² plot.
