This finca is situated on a large 9,800 m2 plot, in an elevated position in the calm rural village of Los Valles in Teguise.

The finca was build in the traditional style of Lanzarote with numerous “Manrique style” features like build cupboards and indoor gardens and consists of a main house and an annex. The main house comprises a spacious lounge with independent exit, a kitchen, three bedrooms, a newly added bathroom and an additional TV room. The rooms distribute around a hallway and a central indoor garden with high ceiling.  

The annex apartment comprises the original kitchen, a small bathroom and a storage room. This area of the finca is not currently being used except as a storage. On the backside of the property there is a small garden area. 

The house requires complete renovation, with the internal layout offering a wide range of creative possibilities.

The surrounding grounds are buildable and could be segregated into several  individual building plots. The minimum plot size is 1000m2 with a potential constructible area of 30%. Buildings can have one or two storeys (never exceeding 7m in hight) and would have to comply with the traditional building style of the area.  

Los Valles is located in the north of Lanzarote, in the highest and most mountainous area of the municipality of Teguise on the border with Haría. It corresponds to an area of the Famara massif, cut by numerous ravines, separated by ridges, which is why this area of the municipality receives the expressive name of Los Valles. 

On its slopes you can see the terraced fields where fruit and vegetables are grown by local farmers.
